Lattice: Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-10-27

By using Lattice you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Not medical advice

Lattice records and charts health information. It doesn't diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it isn't a medical device. The same goes for anything an AI app says about your data. Decisions about your health belong with a qualified clinician.

Your data

Your data is yours. It lives on your phone and, if you choose, in your own Google Drive. The privacy policy says what leaves the phone and where it goes.

Plans and payment

Your AI app

Lattice Connect works with AI apps made by other companies. Their terms and privacy policies cover what they do. A change your AI app suggests is applied only after you approve it.

No warranty

Lattice is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Readings from connected services are shown as those services report them and may be incomplete or wrong. Keep your own backup of anything you can't lose. To the extent the law allows, Blue Hour isn't liable for any loss that comes from using Lattice.

Fair use

Don't use Lattice or its connector to break the law, to get at other people's data, or to overload or attack the service. Access may be cut off for anyone who does.

Age

Lattice is meant for people 18 and older.

Changes and contact
